If youre reading the reviews youre probably skeptical, or cautious about buying a new vehicle. I get it. It is a big step! And your hard earned money. You worry youre going to be pressured into buying something youre not happy with, or a lemon. But let me say, you will not regret checking this place out. I had a beat up SUV. No brakes, transmission slipping. More trouble than it was worth. So i was looking at different places for a few months. Every other dealership either didnt want to work with me, or tried to pressure me into something not right for me. I found these guys and they reached out and convinced me to come by their lot. I met Steve and it was like talking to an old friend. He didnt pressure me. He let me look at things in my own pace. When i saw something i liked and it was at another lot, he made calls to get them to bring it to me at the lot. I told Steve my credit sucked, they worked with me. I told him my car was a pos, and he said, let me get you some money for it. Traded it in for a great deal AND paid off the rest of the payment I had on it. When i looked at a car he was knowledgeable. If i didnt like something he let me move on. If there was a potential issue with a vehicle he grabbed his mechanic and he talked to me about it. Everything was awesome. I finally decided on a vehicle that they had just gotten in that day. And Steve was honest and told me what was wrong with it. He didnt push me into buying it, he didnt push the problems on me, he got them fixed. Went above and beyond to make sure this thing was like brand new when i got it. While i sat down to sign papers with the sales manager, Steve came in and gave me all the carfax. This dudes a pro. Now, their Sales manager. Cant remember his name but this dudes intense. But boy did he go to bat for me. When one bank said some crazy high number, he found another one and got them to lower it to my budget. Plus they gave me a crazy good deal on the price. And thats always a big plus! Everyone in that office is so nice and professional. They really made this experience a pleasant, stress free experience. He went above and beyond by getting the car inspected before I even put any money down, had everything ready for me when I came back Saturday morning, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
